Who is the Caliph who died while repeating the verse: "That Last Abode We assign to those who do not desire haughtiness on earth nor corruption, and the [good] outcome is for the righteous"?

When Caliph Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz (may Allah have mercy on him) was on his deathbed, he saw many beings who were neither jinn nor humans. He asked those around him to leave. Then they heard a voice reciting the

noble verse: {That Home of the Hereafter We assign to those who do not desire exaltedness upon the earth or corruption. And the [best] outcome is for the righteous} (Al-Qasas: 83). Then the voice faded, and they found that he had passed away.
