Are raising the finger during the Tashahhud and its manner, raising it in the Tashahhud posture in every prostration, and the movement of the palm when saying the Taslim to the right and to the left from the Sunnah?

Pointing with the finger during the Tashahhud is a Sunnah. This is done by placing the right hand on the thigh, clenching all fingers, and pointing with the index finger next to the thumb. The pointing is done by extending it slightly bent, while moving it to make supplication with it. As for raising the finger during prostration or moving the hands right and left during the Salaam, there is no evidence for this in the Sunnah.
