Is the mother's cousin considered a brother through suckling, even though his mother did not suckle the questioner, but rather suckled her older sister?

It is not permissible to marry this man whom the mother claims his mother nursed you, due to what was narrated from Uqbah ibn Al-Harith: When he married the daughter of Abu Ihab, a woman came and said that she had nursed Uqbah and the one he married. Uqbah went to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and asked him. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "How [can you marry her] when it has been said?" So, Uqbah separated from her.
