What is the ruling on the expiation for breaking the fast during a Ramadan day due to acts of fornication for both the man and the girl, and what is the ruling on the girl in cases of both consent and coercion?

Whoever commits the abomination of zina (fornication/adultery) during the daytime in Ramadan has committed a grave sin and one of the major misdeeds. He must hasten to repent, seek forgiveness, and feel remorse. The severe expiation (kaffarah mughalladhah) is obligatory upon him: freeing a slave; if he cannot find one, then fasting for two consecutive months; if he is unable to do that, then feeding sixty poor people. He must also make up for the day he corrupted, and he must conceal himself and avoid the causes of falling into evil deeds. This ruling applies equally to both the man and the woman if she was willing; as for the one who was coerced, there is no expiation upon her.
