Is it permissible for a wife to lie to her husband that she is using birth control in order to conceive a child with him, given his complete refusal to have children, his neglect of her, his unfulfilled promises, and his repeated threats of separation?

A husband must be just between his two wives regarding overnight stays, even if they are in different countries. He must provide each wife with suitable, independent, and furnished housing commensurate with his financial situation and her circumstances. The husband is not obliged to take his wife to where he resides, but he is not permitted to be absent from her for more than six months without her permission. Procreation is a right for both spouses, and neither is allowed to prevent it without a legitimate Shari excuse. Therefore, there is no sin in pregnancy without the husband's knowledge, and the wife may use tawriyah (deliberately ambiguous speech) to justify it.
