What is the ruling on the personal trade of gas cylinders obtained using the name of a civil society organization and personal influence, given that the organization would not have been allocated a share were it not for these efforts?

Whoever conceals anything from the work's funds entrusted to him, even if it is little, it is an embezzlement (ghulul) which he will bring on the Day of Resurrection, and gifts to workers are embezzlement. What is given to an employee because of his work belongs to the employer and he is not allowed to benefit from it personally. Public money is more sacred than private money, and whoever disposes of it unjustly will have the Fire on the Day of Resurrection. A Muslim must fear Allah and not betray trusts.
