Is the Antichrist (Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal) present now and alive, or is the Dajjal the missionary delegations that converted the children of Islam? And can a disbelieving human bring the dead back to life and resurrect them?

There is no stronger source for creed than the texts of revelation. What has been authentically reported in the sound hadiths concerning the Dajjal, his life, and some of his extraordinary feats, such as bringing the dead back to life, is considered strong evidence, and there is no room for rational judgment after the texts have been revealed. Al-Nawawi and other scholars have affirmed that the hadiths about the Dajjal prove the authenticity of his existence as a person with whom Allah tests His servants, empowering him to do some things by Allah's power and will, and then Allah incapacitates him, and Jesus (peace be upon him) kills him. This is the doctrine of Ahl al-Sunnah and all hadith scholars and jurists. It is obligatory to follow and believe what is established in the texts, whereas missionary delegations are considered callers to misguidance.
