Is there any sin on one who disposed of birds infected with bird flu by putting them in plastic bags and throwing them in the trash?

Islam commands excellence in everything, especially when killing or slaughtering, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah has prescribed excellence in everything. So, if you kill, then kill well; and if you slaughter, then slaughter well." It is permissible to dispose of birds, and this should be done in the best possible way and with the least torture, such as slaughtering or electrocution. If it is not possible to dispose of them except by another method, then there is no harm, provided that their torture is not prolonged. The important thing is that a Muslim should not fall short in alleviating their suffering to the best of their ability.
