It is not possible for a fatwa to enumerate all the unseen matters mentioned in the Quran. However, among the unseen matters that the Quran spoke about and which have already occurred are: the defeat of the disbelievers at Badr, and the victory of the Byzantines over the Persians, fulfilling Allah’s saying: "Their multitude will be put to flight, and they will show their backs" and "Alif, Lam, Mim. The Byzantines have been defeated. In the nearest land. But they, after their defeat, will overcome. Within a few years." Among the unseen matters that have not yet occurred are: the emergence of the Beast, Gog and Magog, and the sun rising from its west, based on Allah’s saying: "And when the word befalls them, We will bring forth for them a beast from the earth who will speak to them" and "Do they await anything but that the angels should come to them or that your Lord should come or that some of the signs of your Lord should come? The Day some of the signs of your Lord come, no soul will benefit from its faith nor that it earned good through its faith" and "Until when [the dam of] Gog and Magog has been opened and they will swarm down from every elevation." What is meant by "some of the signs of your Lord" is the sun rising from its west, which is mentioned in the Prophetic Hadith.
