How is the Dhuhr prayer performed on Friday, and how many rak'ahs does it have, and when is its time, and is it performed after the first Adhan or not?

On Friday, the Friday prayer (Salat al-Jumu'ah) is legislated as a replacement for the Dhuhr prayer for free, resident men. Its time begins with the sun's decline (Zawal). As for the Dhuhr prayer, it is not performed on Friday except by those who do not perform the Friday prayer, such as travelers, women, the sick, and those who missed the Friday prayer. They perform it as four rak'ahs, just like the Dhuhr prayer on other days.
