Is Friday Prayer the Dhuhr Prayer, or is it a separate prayer that requires the worshiper to perform the Dhuhr Prayer afterward?

Allah Almighty has enjoined upon His servants only five prayers. The Friday prayer takes the place of the Dhuhr prayer on Friday for free, resident men, and there is no other obligation after it. The assertion that Dhuhr must be repeated after Jumu'ah—as a precaution against the invalidation of Jumu'ah conditions or its multiple congregations—is a view held by some later Shafi'is, but many legal proofs and jurisprudential opinions have refuted this view, emphasizing that it is an innovation unauthorized by Islamic law and neither practiced by the Prophet (peace be upon him) nor his companions. The fundamental principle is the validity and soundness of the Jumu'ah prayer. Praying Dhuhr after Jumu'ah is a newly introduced innovation, contradicting the established Sunnah and representing whispers from Satan aimed at nullifying a Muslim's deeds. The obligation is to suffice with the Jumu'ah prayer, just as the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), his companions, and the Tabi'un did.
