Does a person's saying "by the right of such-and-such" instead of "by Allah" in an oath lead to disbelief (kufr), and is watching a film that includes such a saying considered participation in it?

The ruling on animated films has been previously clarified. As for swearing by other than Allah the Almighty, it is one of the most serious sins, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever swears by other than Allah has disbelieved or committed shirk." If those who swear are non-Muslims, they are disbelievers in origin. If they are Muslims, then this action of theirs is considered minor disbelief or minor shirk. Whoever is afflicted by this must repent. It is not permissible for a Muslim to watch this type of film that contains Sharia violations, as it implies endorsing and being pleased with them. Allah the Almighty says: "And He has already revealed to you in the Book that when you hear the verses of Allah being denied and ridiculed, do not sit with them." This prohibition is further emphasized for children, due to their quick impressionability and tendency to imitate.
