What is the ruling on saying "O Jinn, take him! O 'Afarit, scatter him! Seven have taken you, broken your back, and sucked your blood!" when invoking against someone?

This act is polytheism (shirk) and seeking help from jinn, and it is practiced by those whose hearts lack sincere faith and reliance on Allah. Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Baz described it as uglier than polytheism with Allah, and it must be abandoned and warned against. Marriage to those who perform it is not permissible, nor is eating their slaughtered meat, nor performing prayers for them or behind them until they declare repentance. The Permanent Committee has issued a fatwa stating that seeking help from jinn and resorting to them is polytheism in worship, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿And [mention] the Day He will gather them all together, [and say], "O company of jinn, you have long exploited humankind." And their allies among mankind will say, "Our Lord, some of us benefited from others, and we have reached our appointed term—that which You appointed for us." He will say, "The Fire is your residence, wherein you will abide eternally, except for what Allah wills. Indeed, your Lord is Wise and Knowing."﴾, and His saying: ﴿And indeed, there were men among mankind who sought refuge in men among the jinn, so they [only] increased them in burden.﴾. A person whose situation is such has no prayer or fasting, for Allah Almighty says: ﴿If you associate [anything] with Allah, then your deeds will surely become worthless, and you will surely be among the losers.﴾. And if he dies, no funeral prayer should be offered for him, nor should he be buried in Muslim cemeteries. Furthermore, phrases like "I am with Allah and with you" and "I have no one but Allah and you" are polytheistic, because they make the created being an equal to the Creator. Similarly, supplicating to other than Allah, such as saying "O Gabriel, strengthen me" and "O Muhammad, intercede for me," is also polytheism.
