Is it permissible to engage in the remembrance of Allah (dhikr), glorification (tasbih), recitation of the Quran, and seeking forgiveness (istighfar) while being semi-naked or completely naked?

It is permissible to remember Allah Almighty and recite the Qur’an while the 'awrah is exposed or while wearing light clothing that does not completely cover it. However, it is better for the remembrance of Allah to be performed with the 'awrah covered.
