Do divorces take place in the aforementioned cases, and are the three divorces counted despite their not being documented, especially since the husband said in one of them, "That's it" (kida khalas), and the questioner did not hear the exact word, and she was not pure the last time?

If the husband pronounces divorce while being fully aware of what he is saying, and not overwhelmed in his intellect, then his divorce is valid, even if the wife did not hear him or was not in a state of purity at that time. The wife being pregnant or in a state of ritual impurity (junub) does not affect the validity of the divorce. Divorce during menstruation or during a period of purity in which intercourse occurred is an innovative (bid'i) and forbidden divorce, but it is considered valid by most scholars. If the divorce is repeated three times, the wife becomes irrevocably divorced (baynunah kubra) and is not permissible for him again unless she marries another man and he consummates the marriage with her, and then divorces her or dies. However, if anger caused the husband to lose awareness, then his divorce is not effective. The matter should be presented to a Sharia court or trusted scholars to ascertain the husband's state at the time he pronounced the divorce.
