Is it permissible to uncover the hands and feet in front of non-mahram men, and what is the ruling on cutting hair to below the ears?

A Muslim woman must cover her face, hands, and feet in front of non-mahram men. She is permitted to cut her hair, provided that it does not involve imitation of men, or disbelieving women, or immoral women.
