Is the individual rewarded with the congregational reward if he leaves the mosque due to the imam's clear grammatical error (lahn jali), despite his consistent attendance at congregational prayers and his fear for himself?

A Muslim is rewarded for righteous deeds that he habitually performed if an impediment, such as illness or travel, prevented him from doing them. This is based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "If a servant falls ill or travels, what he used to do when he was a resident and healthy will be recorded for him."

So, whoever used to pray in congregation and was prevented by an excuse will have the reward of congregational prayer recorded for him. If the Imam makes a grammatical error in Al-Fatihah that invalidates it, he must be corrected or replaced. If this is not possible, then it is permissible not to pray behind him, and one should pray in congregation at home if no other mosque is available. If congregational prayer is not possible, and one prays individually, it is hoped that he will attain the reward of congregational prayer.
