Is there any evidence for the obligation of a woman covering her feet in prayer?

The free, accountable woman must cover her entire body during prayer, except for her face and hands; otherwise, her prayer is invalid. It is sunnah to uncover the face during prayer, unless there are non-mahram men present. As for the feet, they must be covered according to the majority of scholars. However, the matter of the hands is more lenient.
