Has a prophetic tradition from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, been narrated that speaks of a man from Qahtan emerging before the Mahdi, Muhammad ibn Abdullah, driving people with his staff?

The Prophet, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, informed of the emergence of a man from Qahtan to whom people would pledge obedience, and gather around him when times change. This is considered one of the signs of the Hour. His statement, "He will drive people with his stick," is an idiom indicating the uprightness of the people and their obedience to him, but he might be harsh with those who commit sins. This Qahtani is a righteous man who rules with justice, and he is not the Jahjah mentioned in other hadiths.
