Is it permissible or forbidden to build a wedding hall?

If it is highly probable that the hall will be used for forbidden celebrations such as music, singing, and intermingling, then it is not permissible to assist in its completion, based on Allah's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." However, if this probability is not high, then there is no harm in completing it, and the sin falls upon the lessor and the lessee if forbidden acts are conducted therein.
