How can the prophetic tradition (Hadith): "Do not ask people for anything" be applied correctly? What are its controls? And how can one act upon it without harming oneself or others, taking into consideration that a person may need the help of others? And how can this Hadith be reconciled with the Hadith: "The hand of Allah is with the جماعت (community)"?

The Muslim adorns himself with chastity, contentment, and self-sufficiency, and strives to earn his livelihood by himself, asking nothing from people, as stated in the prophetic traditions that condemn asking people and prefer work and self-sufficiency.

However, this does not contradict the principle of cooperation and seeking assistance from others when there is a need and inability, for Allah Almighty helps His servant as long as the servant is helping his brother. It is permissible to seek help in matters that one cannot accomplish alone.
