How authentic is the Hadith: "Three types of eyes shall not see the Hellfire: an eye that wept out of fear of Allah, an eye that guarded in the path of Allah, and an eye that refrained from looking at what Allah has forbidden"? And what is meant by "an eye that refrained from looking at what Allah has forbidden"?

The aforementioned Hadith was narrated by Al-Tabarani in his Al-Mu'jam Al-Kabeer, and Al-Albani authenticated it, saying: "Three types of eyes will not see the Fire: an eye that guarded in the way of Allah, an eye that wept out of fear of Allah, and an eye that refrained from Allah's prohibitions." The meaning of "refrained from Allah's prohibitions" is: it abstained from looking at them.
