It is permissible to create a website for selling clothes, even if they are used for unlawful purposes, provided that the seller does not know the buyer's intention. It is not permissible to post women's pictures on websites because it aids in unlawful gazing. It is permissible to repair permissible websites that are free of unlawful content. It is not permissible to repair websites that contain unlawful matters, unless the pictures are not intended per se and are usually mentioned incidentally to news and the like; in such a case, it is permissible to maintain those websites, though it is safer to avoid that.
