The Malikis make it easy to remove impurities that exit unintentionally, and there is no harm in following their opinion due to need. Similarly, the Hanbalis permit combining prayers for the sick, and there is no harm in touching the Mus'haf after ablution, or performing the supererogatory Dhuhr prayer shortly before Asr. Your prayer is valid.
