Is it permissible to use photographic images and videos that include pictures of humans, animals, or drawn or real nature in a cultural YouTube channel, and is there a difference in ruling between using images and videos?

The view that photographic images of living beings — especially electronic ones — are permissible is among the considered opinions, and there is no blame or denunciation for one who acts upon it. We have issued fatwas permitting this in several of our rulings.
