Is it permissible to design internet pages for banks and insurance companies?

If the banks and companies are Islamic and adhere to the regulations of Sharia, then there is no objection to designing websites for them. However, if they are usurious or do not adhere to Sharia regulations, then it is not permissible to design websites for them, due to the cooperation in sin and aggression involved in such an act. Allah Almighty says: (And do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty) [Al-Ma'idah: 2].
