Is it permissible to stone the Jamarāt after midnight on the two days of Tashreeq and Ta‘ajjul, and to perform the Farewell Tawāf during the day, due to overcrowding and a bus departure schedule?

The time for stoning the Pillars (Jamarat) on the eleventh and twelfth days begins after Zawwal (declination of the sun from its zenith) and ends at sunset. The permissible time extends until before dawn of the following day. Stoning on the night of the eleventh for the eleventh day is not valid. However, stoning on the night of the twelfth is sufficient for the eleventh day, but not for the twelfth day.

Therefore, you are required to offer a sacrifice (dam) for failing to stone on the twelfth day. This sacrifice must be slaughtered within the sacred precincts of the Haram and distributed among its poor. Additionally, a second sacrifice (dam) is required due to the invalidity of the Farewell Circumambulation (Tawaf al-Wada'), as it is only valid after completing all the rituals of Hajj.
