Can the young man's father consent to the marriage after the indecency, and will Allah accept and facilitate this marriage, or is there no room for that?

Relationships between young men and women, under the guise of love and marriage, are a gateway to evil and corruption, contravening the guidance of Islam, which legislated lawful marriage as the purest way for a relationship between a man and a woman. Adultery is one of the most heinous sins, and Allah Almighty has forbidden approaching it and its causes. Whoever has committed adultery must hasten to sincere repentance, which includes abandoning the sin, regretting it, resolving not to return to it, and cutting off all paths leading to the disobedience. Marriage to the person with whom one committed adultery is not a condition for repentance from adultery. It is not permissible to marry an adulteress except after her repentance and the expiration of her 'iddah (waiting period). As for the young man who abuses drugs and neglects prayer, he is in great corruption, but if he repents sincerely and becomes upright, there is no impediment to accepting him as a husband.
