What is the ruling on working as a university lecturer in a university where there is severe intermingling between students, and is it permissible to give mixed-gender lectures with some female students immodestly dressed?

The mixing of girls and boys in one classroom without a partition, and the display of adornment by women before non-mahram men, are forbidden evils due to the corrupting consequences that result from them. A Muslim must denounce this evil with his hand, and if he is unable, then with his tongue, and if he is unable, then with his heart. These evils must be remedied by calling upon the university administration to separate the sexes, and by enjoining women to wear hijab and dress modestly. If denunciation does not avail, then you must abandon this university and seek another institution where the limits of Allah are upheld. If you are compelled to work in such institutions, then do so while lowering your gaze and rectifying deficiencies as much as possible.
