What is the ruling on one who intentionally delays the Dhuha prayer to perform it during a time of disliking (karaaha)? Does he fall under the ruling of one who forgets or is compelled? And will his prayer be accepted then?

The time for Duha prayer begins when the sun has risen to the height of a spear (approximately a quarter or a third of an hour after sunrise) and ends just before zawal (midday), by a period ranging from five to ten minutes. Whoever intentionally delays the Duha prayer until the forbidden time has committed a prohibited act, and its reward will not be established for him.
