Is it permissible, Islamically, for the mother to refuse to move to the new house built by the father in another neighborhood, due to her psychological suffering and her threat of suicide, or is the right on the father's side to compel her to move, especially after all that the mother has provided for her children?

The mother does not have the right to refuse to move to the new residence if it is independent, suitable for her, and does not cause her harm; therefore, she must move. Part of a wife enabling her husband is to allow him to move with her wherever he wishes, whether within the same town or elsewhere. Furthermore, the mother's threat of suicide is a clear evil and one of the greatest major sins. What is incumbent upon her regarding obedience to her husband and living with him in kindness, and the effort to reconcile between them, should be clarified.
