What is the obligatory purification for a girl afflicted with seminal incontinence who suffers psychologically from performing ghusl for every prayer, and does not know whether the semen was discharged with desire or not, bearing in mind that it is a minor desire? And is purification incumbent upon her if semen is discharged during or after thinking? And if it is after thinking for a period of time, is it considered to have been discharged with desire? And what should she do if she is outside the home and the time for prayer has begun, but she is unable to perform ghusl?
One who suffers from seminal incontinence is someone from whom semen exits continuously, or irregularly, such that he does not know a specific time for it to stop. However, the repeated emission of semen is not considered incontinence. It appears that the liquid mentioned by the questioner is madhy (pre-seminal fluid), not maniy (seminal fluid).
If you are unsure whether it is maniy or madhy, (ritual bath) is not obligatory according to many scholars. Rather, you have the choice to assign it the ruling of whichever you wish of the two.
If you consider it madhy – which is the more probable case – then wudu (ablution) is required, along with purifying the affected area of the body and clothing. However, if you are certain it is maniy, then ghusl is obligatory for it, even if its emission was delayed for a period, as long as its exit was due to sexual desire. This is the view of the majority of scholars.
Do not succumb to doubts, lest you open the door to obsessive whisperings for yourself.
