Does seminal incontinence mean that one is not required to perform ghusl every morning unless one feels lust or a large amount of semen is discharged, and is inspection obligatory?

Spermatorrhea invalidates ablution according to the majority of scholars. The Malikis, however, hold that it does not invalidate ablution if its discharge is continuous for half the time or more, and ablution is recommended if it does not cause hardship. Ghusl (ritual bath) is obligatory upon the emission of semen during sleep, even if without desire, and there is no obligation to search for it. So, if one finds wetness after sleeping, ghusl is obligatory. But if one dreams of an emission and finds no wetness, ghusl is not obligatory upon him.
