This is not an offense; rather, a Muslim is rewarded for it. It is not intended that what is issued by the website is from the Prophet himself. There is no harm in the naming in principle, especially if those in charge of it are people of knowledge. However, to avoid confusion, it is advised to avoid this naming, or to add what clarifies the intent, such as "Website for the Support of Muhammad, Messenger of Allah" or "Defense."
