What is the ruling on arranging many missed prayers that are performed at different times, and is it a condition for the validity of the prayer, and what is the preferred view?

Scholars differed regarding the order of prayers. The Hanbalis held that ordering is obligatory, unless there is a fear of missing the time for the current prayer, or if it was forgotten. The Shafi'is, on the other hand, maintained that ordering is recommended but not obligatory, and this is the preferred view. A layperson follows the scholar they trust most.
