Does the marriage become void if the suitor does not maintain his prayers, even if he occasionally responds to the call and spends on his fiancée?

The marriage is valid as long as the husband is a Muslim. Negligence in prayer does not invalidate it. However, it is advisable to continuously counsel the husband, remind him, and urge him towards guidance.
