The way for the sabil (endowment/charitable cause) to calculate one-tenth of the assets for the execution of the will is by having reliable experts appraise lands and buildings. Their value is then added to the cash assets, and the total sum is divided by ten to extract its tenth. After that, consideration is given to the legatee, and their will is acted upon; otherwise, the supervisor of the endowment should do what they deem appropriate.
