How is the estate of a man distributed if he passed away leaving two daughters, three wives, a full sister, a half-sister through the father, a half-sister through the mother, a full paternal nephew, and a half paternal nephew?

If the heirs are limited to wives, two daughters, a full sister, a half-sister through the mother, a full brother’s son, and a half-brother’s son (through the father), then:

The wives inherit one-eighth due to the presence of a direct descendant heir. The two daughters inherit two-thirds. The remaining wealth goes to the full sister by ta’sib (agnatic inheritance). The half-sister through the mother is excluded by the daughter. The full brother’s son is excluded by the presence of the full sister. The half-brother’s son (through the father) does not inherit at all if he is through the mother, and if he is through the father, he does not inherit alongside the full brother’s son.

Inheritance cases must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation, as there may be wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
