What is the Shar'i ruling on electronic forums that discuss marital life secrets, especially sexual matters, openly and frankly among members, given that some participants are not married?

The phenomenon of widespread indecency in forums is caused by weak religious deterrents, a lack of awareness of Allah's watchful eye, emotional emptiness, and ignorance of Sharia rulings. Some also use these forums to prey on others.

The cure for this phenomenon lies in strengthening one's awareness of Allah's watchfulness and feeling shame before Him, clarifying the ruling on the prohibition of indecency and vulgar speech, prohibiting the disclosure of marital secrets and the description of their details, and prohibiting open defiance in sin. Furthermore, the head of the household must monitor and guide their children, warn girls about the dangers of forums, encourage marriage for those who are able, and caution against bad company. Owners of websites, moderators, and writers therein must also bear their responsibility for what is published.
