There is no harm in learning about marital relations if it is through legitimate means and from people of knowledge. As for forums that display lewd pictures, include wives mocking their husbands, disclose bedroom secrets, and advocate imitating corrupt actresses, these are forbidden. It is not permissible to enter or subscribe to them because they contain clear violations of Islamic law.
