The answer

A Muslim's dream can be truthful to the extent of their uprightness and truthfulness in speech, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The most truthful of them in dreams are the most truthful of them in speech." People, concerning dreams, are of three ranks: prophets, and all their dreams are truthful; righteous people, and truthfulness predominates in their dreams; and all others, whose dreams contain both truthfulness and confused (false) dreams, and these include those whose affairs are hidden (neither overtly righteous nor wicked), the transgressors, and the disbelievers.
