What is the ruling on transferring illicit funds from one country to another in exchange for a commission?

It is not permissible to cooperate with thieves and aggressors in a way that helps them in their sin and falsehood. One who cooperates with an usurper, a thief, and an aggressor is like them, as long as he knows that he is dealing with them concerning usurped property. Any commission he takes for this is not lawful for him, because it is in exchange for a forbidden benefit. Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty."
