Is it permissible to seek divorce from a husband who is unable to have children and does not regularly perform prayers?

A woman is permitted to seek divorce or khul’ from her husband if he is infertile, as the desire to have children is a valid reason for this. Similarly, she is permitted to seek divorce if her husband neglects the obligatory prayers and does not respond to advice, because that is a grave abomination, and in this case, the woman can free herself from him through khul’ or similar means.
