Is it permissible for me to shorten and combine prayers when traveling for tourism to Bosnia for two months?

If one intends to stay less than four days, or has not specified their departure time (hesitates about the duration of stay), they are permitted to shorten and combine prayers, even if they stay for years, as long as they do not firmly intend to stay for four days. However, if the stay is four days or more, then shortening and combining prayers is not permissible.
