Is it permissible to work in an administrative position in a government commercial insurance company, given that the salary is fixed and not tied to productivity?

Commercial insurance companies are based on usury, gambling (maysir), and speculation (muqamara), so it is not permissible to subscribe to them or work for them, as it involves cooperation in sin and transgression. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses. It is not permissible to work in these companies or their branches, even if the work is not directly related to concluding prohibited insurance contracts, unless you are compelled to work there. In such a case, it is permissible for you to remain for the duration of the necessity, and you must search for a lawful job. Whoever fears Allah, He will provide for him a way out and sustain him from where he does not expect. And whoever gives up something for Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better.
