Is it permissible to make a prior intention for fasting the month of Ramadan daily until the end of the month? Is it permissible to wash and pray over a deceased person whose body was found after being lost at sea for a week or more, and it has a foul odor?

The intention for fasting each day of Ramadan (definition) must be formed during the night, with a separate intention for each day. Scholars differed regarding vocalizing the intention: the majority held that it is permissible, while the Malikis were of the view that it is better not to vocalize it, and this is what Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah preferred. As for vocalizing it collectively in the mosque, it is an innovation that has no basis.
