Did Christ truly rise? And what is the ruling on saying: "Christ has truly risen, He has risen," or "Christ has risen from the dead"?

A Muslim should not inquire about Christian hymns for Easter, which is based on a false, disbelieving creed that Christ was crucified, died, and then resurrected. This contradicts the clear text of the Qur'an and the consensus of Muslims that Jesus, peace be upon him, was neither killed nor crucified, as Allah Almighty says: "And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but it was made to appear to them [as such]" and "Rather, Allah raised him to Himself."
