What is the ruling on working in the transfer of wedding party recordings that involve mixing [of genders] from video tapes to computer discs?

It is not permissible to film wedding parties and transfer them onto computer discs if the party involves unlawful intermingling, because this is a sin and a participation in spreading evil. Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
