What is the ruling on abandoning making up prayers—such as Maghrib and Isha—during the time of ritual purification from menstruation at night due to ignorance?

Prayer becomes obligatory for a menstruating woman and a woman in post-natal bleeding (nifas) when they become pure (tahir) within its time. They must also make up all the prayers for which they became pure within their times but did not pray. Making up these prayers is not waived due to ignorance.
