Is it permissible to combine a vowed sacrifice with an 'Aqiqah for a wife whose delivery is imminent?

A conditional vow (nadhr mu'allaq) is disliked because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade it. However, if someone makes a conditional vow contingent upon something happening, and that thing occurs, then they are obligated to fulfill it, as long as it does not involve disobedience. If the contingent event does not occur, then fulfillment is not obligatory. It is not permissible to combine a vow and an 'Aqiqah in one sacrifice, as each is an independent act of worship.
